Kernstown Commons II

An enlargement of an existing commercial site south of Kernstown, Virginia that involves Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Water Distribution and Conduits for electrical services. The project General Contractor is FOCUS Construction and the project is in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range.

 

Town of Woodstock
Sanitary Trunk Sewer Expansion

An approximate 4,800 LF expansion and upgrade of an existing sewer line in the Town of Woodstock, Virginia. The project uses 24” DIP for the sewer main and will involve several pump around operations on the existing line for the tie-ins to the new line. The project Owner and General Contractor is the Town of Woodstock and the project is in the $1,000,000 range with a 190 Day time limit.

 

Round Hill Wetland Mitigation Ponds

An enlargement of an existing wetland pond and construction of a new pond adjacent to the existing pond. The project is mainly a grading operation with several different stages due to the erosion control requirements. The General Contractor for the project is Round Hill Investors LLC and the project is in the $500,00 range.

 

The Town of Hamilton
Water Storage and Tank Facility

An approximate 6,500 LF upgrade and new installation of the raw water line to the tank facility at Harmony School. The project uses 8” DIP and involves an underground bore and casing at the crossing of Route 7. The Owner is the Town of Hamilton and the project is in the $400,000 range.
